  1. I fixed this problem after two weeks of digging and trying everything I could find on the internet about it.

    Goto msconfig and uncheck every entry that has to do with adobe. Do it in startup and services. Then reboot

    and your back in bussiness. And I mean I tried everything! I hope this helps many.

  2. I have windows 8.1 and these instructions don’t work for me because I don’t have the ‘restart task option.’ However, if I use the windows 7 instructions it works like a charm, ty đŸ™‚
